How we use the data collected and stored for this service.

When you or someone else uses our website services, we will store your Operator ID, Full Name and Email Address in order to help the return of a lost drone. When someone finds a lost drone that has our unique QR Coded Operator ID Sticker on it and it’s then scanned, we will then collect and store the finders Full Name, Mobile Number and Email Address and when the Operator ID Matches up with one that is already stored within our database, our system will then automatically put both parties in contact with each other, so that they can then arrange the safe return / collection of the lost drone.

How we process your personal information

When entering your personal information into any of the forms on Drone Finder website, you are providing consent and giving us permission to process your personal details for the purposes outlined in this document.

Can my personal information be seen by anyone using this website.

We do not share your personal details with any third party unless we have your consent to do so. Your personal information will only be used for the purposes of our website and to put you in contact with someone who has lost or found a drone.

Can I have my personal details removed from the database.

Yes, you can request to have your personal information removed from the database at any time. This can be done by emailing info@flyeridcard.co.uk. Please note that once your personal information has been removed from our database, your lost drone and contact details will no longer be searchable.

If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. Products and Services

Our products consist of a QR Coded Operator ID Sticker that will be posted after a subscription has been taken out by the website subscriber. Additional QR Coded Operator ID Stickers are available in the event it has been lost or damaged. Please contact us for further details.

The services that we provide allows anyone to scan the QR Coded Sticker using a mobile device, where they will then be directed to our Report Found Drone page. The finder can then enter the Operator ID and their contact details. Once our system has made a match based on the Operator ID an email is then sent to the Drone Owner advising them to log into their account, where the finders details are displayed.
